    What Happens Next

From First Contact to Finished Build

A transparent, four-step process from your first message to the FFL transfer of your completed build.

    Submit Your Specs

Fill out the inquiry form or call or email directly. Include as much detail as you have — pattern, era, furniture preference, budget, and timeline. No detail is too small or too specific.

    Personal Review & Quote

Eugene reviews your request and responds within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a detailed quote, sourcing notes, and a realistic build timeline — not an auto-reply or a sales pitch.

    Build Sign-Off

You review and approve the full build specification, parts sourcing plan, and final pricing. Nothing is committed and nothing is ordered until you've signed off on every detail of the build.

    Build & FFL Transfer

Your build is completed and documented, then transferred to your local FFL dealer. We coordinate the paperwork — you pick up a finished rifle that matches every specification you approved.
